JJ Food Service trains up in-house nutritionist

The appointment follows an investment into training its group accounts acquisition manager, Nina Grosicka. She will now be responsible for managing school contracts.

Grosicka said: “Many of our schools are working towards gaining the ‘Food For Life’ accreditation – which promotes food quality, health and sustainability. With this new qualification, we can support them in building nutritionally-balanced, quality menus.”
