National wholesaler JJ Food Service has launched a series of meat masterclass videos to share traditional butchery skills and classic cuts via its social media platforms.
Chief products officer at JJ Food Service, Ali Guvemli, said: “We’re supporting our customers with the tools they need to run a successful business in a way that fits in with their busy lifestyles.”
The series kicks off with a focus on lamb with nine separate mini videos on how to bone, trim, roll and tie neck fillets, shanks, chops, shoulder, leg and hind from a whole lamb carcass. The videos are free to view on JJ’s YouTube page (or below) and will be shared via Twitter and Facebook.
