Abstract
Compass Group UK & Ireland has signed a five-year partnership to continue working with chef, Jason Atherton.
The extended partnership will see him working more with the wider Compass business and Levy Restaurants UK, in addition to Restaurant Associates where he has been consultant chef since 2010.
Jason Atherton said: "I love working with Restaurant Associates and their talented team to help enhance their commitment to providing the highest quality of dining to clients.
“I’m looking forward to working with the wider Compass Group in the UK & Ireland and worldwide, as well as Levy Restaurants UK, to help create tailored and innovative food offers that suit their customers, creating menus that are of world class quality.”
Atherton was one of the chefs that helped launch Maze in London, which has gone on to open five more restaurants globally.
