Hackney-based café deli Il Cudega, specialising in produce from the Lombardy region of Italy, has launched a specialist private event catering service.
The team will cater bespoke events from drinks receptions to formal sit down dinners.
Il Cudega opened in Autumn 2015 with a menu dedicated entirely to the dishes and produce of Italy’s northernmost region, offering a selection of charcuterie, cheeses and wines imported from the region.
On-site private events can cater for up to 80 people standing, 60 people for an informal dinner with some seated and standing, or 45 for all seated formal dinner.
Il Cudega is owned by Italian-born Giovanni Brighi and Luca Gaggioli, with Paolo Elesbani as head chef and Marco Malorni as restaurant manager.
