Abstract
ISS Healthcare’s catering team have been awarded the Soil Association’s Silver Catering Mark Accreditation at Calderdale Royal Hospital.
The fresh meals and good food served at the hospital’s Ingleton Fall Restaurant and Café Qualita coffee shop upgraded the award to Silver, having been accredited Bronze last year.
Tracy Rawcliffe, ISS Healthcare hospital general manager, said: “When we achieved the Bronze Catering Mark I said that we won’t stop there, we’re aiming for Gold! So this is a great step in the right direction and I am immensely proud of the entire team. ”
Assistant catering manager Lina D’Italia Riley, head chef Alison Place, and restaurant supervisor Janet Palka helped ISS Healthcare secure its first silver award across the entire business.
