Abstract
ISS Facility Services has just started providing the catering services at Mondelez International at the company’s Banbury Soluble Coffee manufacturing site. It adds to ISS’s existing FM provision at the site.

Anthea Burns, ISS food manufacturing sector director, said: “This will allow us to increase the offering to a more rounded integrated services contract and develop the client relationship further.”

Mondelez International has approximately 700 staff at the Banbury site. The new contract covers staff feeding, vending, staff shop and hospitality services.

Carolyn Adams, quality and continuous improvement manager – Mondelez said: “We were impressed by all the bids received but the vision and better quality of service offered by ISS made them the right choice.

“The ambition for the new contract will see our caterers transform the offering provided today to more innovative, yet simple meal solutions to delight staff and visitors”.

Burns added: “We are delighted to have this opportunity to further expand our relationship with Mondelez International in Banbury. The scope and nature of service delivery makes this a truly unique and exciting project.

“We are confident that providing a flexible and transparent approach will help Mondelez International achieve its workplace goals, as well as benefitting from the improved efficiencies and catering solutions that our team will bring.”
