Abstract
ISS Facility Services has announced new senior appointments in its global and food and hospitality businesses following the decision to move Richard Johnston to the newly created role of managing director, key accounts.

He had been managing director for one of the company’s ‘large global financial services client accounts’ for over two years. Stepping in to take over that role is Andy Chappell, who has been with ISS for over six years, first as executive director and most recently as managing director of ISS Food & Hospitality.

Stephanie Hamilton, executive director of ISS Food &Hospitality, will take on the role of interim managing director with this business unit.

She has worked in catering for more than 15 years and has been with the ISS team for three years.

ISS UK and Ireland chief executive Richard Sykes said: “These appointments allow some of the cream of ISS talent to focus on growth and excellence in our key sectors, and with our key customers.

“Richard Johnston has contributed to one of the most successful global mobilisations undertaken by ISS. In turn, Andy has developed the powerhouse that is our food & hospitality business, taking this experience to our global business.

“Stephanie continues to show drive, passion and innovation in this demanding sector and provides essential continuity and development.

“Together, these moves place ISS into a position of greater strength to undertake ever greater projects and developments in our sector.”
