Abstract
Air Chef Holdings has announced the opening of Air Culinaire International (ACI).
ACI will operate in the United Kingdom, serving all airports in the London area. The firm will provide aviation customers with catering and services in the London market, focusing on quality, presentation, and service. Cecile Salvaggio, Air Culinaire's VP of Technology and Quality Control commented: "With eight years of in-flight catering experience and working with many kitchens, I would put Air Culinaire International up against any five star restaurant in New York City." Cecile managed the opening of London and in training the staff. The company added she will remain active in the relationship between Air Culinaire and the international division. Air Culinaire's 14 owned and operated United States locations will continue to operate under the name Air Culinaire.
