The competition, which takes place from 5-8 March at the Hotelympia trade show, showcases student and professional chefs in a bid to uncover new industry talent.
It is made up of four categories- Live Theatre, La Parade des Chefs, the Skills Theatre, and Salon Display classes.
New competitions will include the Craft Guild of Chefs’ National Team of the Year – which will pit the best trios of chefs against each other for the chance to be crowned champions.
Other events have been updated and inspired by key trends in order to ensure they remain relevant.
Steve Munkley, chef director, Salon Culinaire, said: “With its range of classes and sheer number of participants, there is no other competition quite like International Salon Culinaire.
“Whether you want to compete as an individual and or as part of a team, if you’re a complete novice or a seasoned competitor, there is a category a class for you.
“International Salon Culinaire has been a stepping stone for many of the UK’s most successful chefs and I would urge anyone serious about their career in this industry to enter today.”
