Abstract
The Institute of Hospitality raised a massive £1634 for the British Heart Foundation appeal at its annual Fellows Dinner last week (14th February) which was held at the refurbished Four Seasons Hotel, Park Lane.
The chosen charity coincided with the theme of Valentine's and British Heart Foundation pin badges were available for guests who made a contribution to wear throughout the evening showing their support. Philippe Rossiter FIH, chief executive of the Institute of Hospitality, said: "We are very pleased to have raised such a substantial amount of money for the British Heart Foundation who are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year. "I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their generosity. The Fellows' Dinner was once again a resounding success and a chance for great networking, fantastic hospitality and a chance to celebrate the new Fellows." The Institute is a membership organisation which promotes quality standards and education, supporting member's professional development throughout their careers.
