Abstract
The Institute of Hospitality (IoH) has unveiled its 2025 annual awards to celebrate excellence across the global hospitality sector.
The winners will be announced at a black-tie dinner on Monday 16th June 2025 at London's JW Marriott Grosvenor House. Open to professionals and businesses worldwide, the categories are:
- Best Educational Programme (SMEs/large business categories): It aims to recognise organisations that show evidence of an engaging graduate programme, apprenticeship scheme and/or inspirational student placement scheme.
- The Gregory De La Peña-Hall FIH Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Employer of the Year Award 2025 (SMEs/ large business categories): It aims to recognise employers who have shown an ‘outstanding commitment’ to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) and can demonstrate how it has positively impacted the business and the wider hospitality industry.
- Talent Development Team of the Year 2025 (SMEs/ large business categories): It aims to recognise teams that can show evidence of ‘outstanding commitment’ to Continuing Professional Development (CPD), supporting individual professionals at all levels of their careers and who have collectively made positive impacts across the organisation.
- Outstanding Contribution to the Industry 2025 (Nominated by IoH Fellows): It will be awarded to an individual who has made a lasting impact on the hospitality, leisure, and tourism sectors.
- The Institute of Hospitality CEO’s Award 2025: An award bestowed on an IoH member who has made an exceptional contribution to supporting the aims and objectives of the IoH.
