Abstract
The Institute of Hospitality hosted its eighth Passion4Hospitality careers fair last week (12 March), welcoming university and college students from across the country as well as the Stenden University (Netherlands).
With over 40 companies scouring new talent, including BaxterStorey, CH&Co, Splendid Hospitality, Hospitality Assured and National Careers Service, the event provided students the chance to make direct contact with employees and take advantage of the “interactive” conference programme.
This included advice on landing the right job and how to stand out, as well as panel discussions “highlighting some of the lesser-known areas of employment in hospitality.”
