Innovative, young brands to play key part in Food Matters Live 2015
Abstract
Over 60 of the most innovative start-ups showcasing new healthy and ‘better for you’ food and drink have already signed up to exhibit in the Enterprise Zone at Food Matters Live 2015.

The Enterprise Zone, sponsored by Unilever Foundry, offers visitors to Food Matters Live the opportunity to see and taste a diverse range of brand new healthy, sustainable food and drink concepts - from vegetable based juices; sugar free confectionary; protein drinks; natural, sucrose free ice-cream through to superfoods, new food technologies and edible insects.

Glenn Pickett, VP Sales & Marketing at EDERNA said: “Following a successful Food Matters Live 2014 where we met producers, academics and researchers, EDERNA is returning in 2015 and will be presenting samples and the latest ground-breaking, energy efficient evapEOs® Engineered Osmosis technology, that concentrates fruit juices, coffee, beer, wine and liquid ingredients at low temperature, while retaining colour, flavour, aroma and nutritional characteristics.”

The Enterprise Zone attracts young companies, less than two years old, from around the world and showcases the contribution that small, enterprising businesses make in bringing innovative, healthy, sustainable food and drink products to market to meet consumer demand.

Ugg Foods. Mighty Bee, NouriSH Me Now Ltd, Primal Pantry, Sweet Goodness, Punku Quinoa Foods, Cocoa Cabin, Superfoodio, DRINKmaple, Chia UK, Oppo Ice Cream, Dr Zaks, Organic Protein Company and Eat Grub are just some of the brands participating.

Food Matters Live returns on November 17-19 2015 at ExCel, London and will bring together industry figures, retailers, foodservice providers and government from the food and drink industry.
