Gemma Banks has been appointed as creative director and Cris Macis as executive chef. Both have a strong background in the events sector and previously held the positions of senior event manager and group head chef respectively for The Admirable Crichton.
In her new role, Banks will be responsible for enhancing the innovation and creativity that Inn or Out Events has built its reputation on. Macis will be responsible for putting food at the centre of Inn or Out Events with a focus on sustainable, seasonal menus.
Sean Valentine, managing director of Inn or Out Events, said: “I’m delighted that Gemma and Cris have joined our team, and they will bring an exciting and dynamic approach for our clients. Since the acquisition, we have won a number of new clients such as Salter’s Hall and the High Commission of Canada and Cris will also be spearheading the opening of our new state-of-the-art production kitchen later this month.”
