Independents by Sodexo has been awarded a £2.4m a year contract to provide catering and hospitality services at public boarding school Clifton College, Bristol.
The new catering service from Sodexo will provide pupils and staff with a wide range of dishes with an emphasis on fresh, nutritious and seasonal, using its ‘fresh food from scratch’ concept.
Dr Tim Greene, headmaster at Clifton College, said: “After looking at a range of school meal providers, we chose to select Sodexo due to their proven track record in providing children with healthy school meals. We were impressed with their creative yet healthy menus and are very much looking forward to working with them.”
The contract will commence on July 1st and will see Sodexo provide over 2,000 meals a day covering pupil and staff catering, in addition to hospitality and event catering.
