Impact Food Group delivers cookery workshops to students
Abstract
Impact Food Group (IFG) teamed up with Harris Academy Cobham in London to deliver a hands-on food workshop for students that was designed to provide cookery skills and food education.

Primary students blended their way through vibrant smoothie and juice workshops. They explored nutrition, discovered bold new flavours and took home healthy, easy-to-make recipes.

Secondary and sixth form students stepped up as aspiring chefs, mastering the art of pasta making alongside Ian Morgan and Alex Hall.

A spokesperson for Impact Food Group, said: “These life skills activities are vital in helping students to build positive and lasting relationships with quality food and ingredients.

“Providing regular engagement opportunities throughout the school year is one of the commitments in our Impact and Strategy, our roadmap to making a meaningful difference for young people and achieving our mission of ‘Transforming Lives Through the Power of Food’.”
