At 12 noon on Tuesday 12th March at the IFE13 event in London, the show organisers will be holding a live Twinterview with Michelin starred chef Alyn Williams.
The Twinterview will give IFE13 Twitter followers an insight into the life and work of the top chef.
IFE13 is asking exhibitors, visitors and those interested in foodservice to send in their questions for Williams via its Twitter page @IFEexhibition usng the hashtag quizalynwilliams before 5pm today (11th March).

After years working as head chef at Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley, Williams launched his Mayfair restaurant Alyn Williams at The Westbury in 2011.
