Hotelympia will kick off with a fundraising 10k run at London’s ExCeL on Sunday 28th February 2016. The event is open to individual and group runners and the run will start at 11am.
World, Olympic, European and Commonwealth medallist Steve Cram is the face of the race and will be running alongside hundreds of hospitality professionals at the 10k run.

The Big Event will take place on Tuesday 1st March 2016 at ExCeL London and will be the gala dinner for this year’s Hotelympia. Guest chefs will create a menu with fine wines to match, as well as an entertainment extravaganza and special guests.
The funds raised will support individuals through a programme of sustained support, skills development, work experience and mentoring to help them acquire great jobs in a fantastic industry.
