BaxterStorey scores partnership with Wycombe Wanderers FC
Abstract
As the official food and beverage provider for Wycombe Wanderers FC, BaxterStorey will ‘revolutionise’ the catering operations at the stadium, offering a blend of flavours and an ‘unforgettable experience’ for supporters in its new five-year contract.

BaxterStorey will curate the food and drink offerings for matchdays, club events and private hire events, drawing on their passion for food and wealth of experience catering for sports venues across the UK.

The hospitality business will collaborate with select pop-up street food vendors in the Chairboys Village ensuring a commitment to delivering locally sourced food that prioritises flavour and nutrition.

Peter Kent, regional managing director at BaxterStorey, said: “We are excited to partner with Wycombe Wanderers and to inject our passion for food and flavour for their supporters to enjoy throughout the season. We are proud to be shaking up the menu by introducing a delicious selection of cuisines, ranging from Asian, and Mexican to the best of British, giving customers a round-the-world offering on their doorstep.”

Embracing flavours from around the world, the Woodlands Legends Lounge will feature dishes including panko-encrusted chicken pieces with sticky jasmine rice & pickled rainbow cabbage slaw and Yucatan pulled beef brisket, lime green rice with tomatillo & peas, char-grilled roasted Mexican vegetables.

The menu will also feature giant Yorkshire puddings with four-hour slow-cooked pulled chicken, braised red cabbage, roasted rosemary new potatoes, sage & onion and caramelised onion gravy. BaxterStorey will continue to feature popular beverages from fan favourite Rebellion Brewery in Marlow, ensuring fans can enjoy their favourite beers alongside the culinary experience.

Neil Peters, the head of business operations at Wycombe Wanderers, added: “This is a significant step forward for us and we’re delighted to bring BaxterStorey on board to revamp our catering operation across the whole stadium. Food and drink play a huge part in fans’ enjoyment of matchdays at Adams Park and are also integral to the success of our club events and the hundreds of private events that we host here at the stadium each year.

“BaxterStorey has a fantastic reputation at other venues, some of which we have experienced for ourselves, and we have been extremely impressed with the quality of their products and the standard of their service. We look forward to showcasing what they have to offer when we welcome fans back to Adams Park in pre-season and throughout the months and years that follow.”
