The awards saw over 300 guests enjoy an evening of entertainment and celebration with colleagues and friends from across the diverse world of hospitality. Winners from the public sector included Lancashire County Council School Meals, TLC Care Homes and the University of Sheffield.
Due to the overwhelming response and quality of this year’s entries, the Team of the Year award acknowledged three outstanding winners from different hospitality sectors.
The three winners were PROception (Security), TLC Care (Care hospitality) and Lancashire County Council School Meals (Government). The winners of this award are all recognised for embracing the team approach to delivering service excellence.

We are incredibly proud of them all and their commitment to delivering excellence through teamwork.”

- Most Improved Score – University of Sheffield
- Hospitality Assured Champion – Christine House, BaxterStorey
- Assessors Award – Victory Services Club
- Project of the Year – PROception
- Team of the Year – PROception, TLC Care & Lancashire County Council School Meals (three joint winners)
