Abstract
Chefs at Home, which Hospitality Action calls ‘the perfect Christmas gift’, is a collection of over 100 recipes that 54 of the leading chefs cooked at home during lockdown with their families.
Chefs including Tom Kerridge, Jamie Oliver MBE and Angela Hartnett OBE have contributed two simple, accessible and flavoursome recipes. Each dish is easy to create but packed with flavour including:
- Heston Blumenthal's Ratatouille
- Lisa Goodwin-Allen’s Good Old Sausage Roll
- Vivek Singh's Lentil & Basmati Kichri with Burnt Aubergine Relish
- Cyrus Todiwala OBE's Spiced Mixed Berry, Walnut, Rum & Port Cake
One hundred percent of the royalties of Chefs at Home are donated to Hospitality Action, which acts as a safety net to those who are working or have previously worked in the hospitality industry.
Cyrus said: "It’s not often that one can get a cook book with such varied recipes helped by such a varied selection of chefs all in one nice book".
