Industry charity Hospitality Action has launched an emergency appeal to raise funds to help hospitality workers who have been impacted by the coronavirus outbreak.
The latest government advice has discouraged the public from visiting hospitality outlets, which could affect the lives of thousands of hospitality workers.
Therefore Hospitality Action is raising money to support those who may experience job losses, reduced hours or receive a lower wage.
Hospitality Action was established in 1837 and since then it has supported those who work in the hospitality industry. The charity offers physical, financial and psychological support to help workers overcome adversity.
