Hospital Caterers Association opens early bird bookings for Forum
Abstract
The Hospital Caterers Association (HCA) Leadership and Development Forum, which is taking place next year from April 1-2 at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, has opened early bird bookings for delegates.

The Forum is the only national event dedicated to the production, delivery and service of nutritious food to patients, staff and visitors in the NHS.

The programme will include a line-up of speakers and sessions that are relevant, challenging and thought provoking. It is the HCA’s aim that chefs and caterers return to your organisation with new ideas and the confidence to challenge the norms.

To complement the programme there will also be an exhibition of over 90 suppliers showcasing products, services and solutions. The HCA Leadership & Development Forum offers a host of networking opportunities to help you develop both new and existing relationships with customers and colleagues.

Tim Radcliffe said: “As Leadership & Development Forum Lead 2025 for the North West Branch, I would like to invite you to join us for the ‘Food at Our Core’ Forum at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole. Our food focussed theme will provide inspirational and useful content to support the sector catering services.”
