The service included a European market stall that featured a live-carved Serrano ham, cured meats and artisan cheeses, accompanied by homemade chutneys, pickles, quince jelly, artisan breads and cheese straws.
Guests at the central London location were treated to sparkling Gingerbread Fizz and Black Cherry Bourbon cocktails, along with a canapé selection consisting of baked aubergine, feta, mint and pomegranate sesame panniers, and turkey Chettinad curry cornet with coconut chutney.
Also served was a selection of ‘imaginative’ bowl food, which included hot smoked salmon, horseradish and dill mash with herb ketchup and venison and wild boar sausages, carrot and swede mash with parsley gravy.
Nathan Jones, director and co-founder of Harbour & Jones, which owns H+J, said: “This Christmas showcase event was a huge success and the fantastic events team at the RSA House pulled out all the stops to create a sparkling evening at The Vaults, which really fired the imagination.
“The festive food was out of this world and I’m very proud of all the team’s efforts to make this a successful event.”
H+J became part of CH&Co Group when Harbour & Jones merged with CH&Co in June 2017.
