Under the terms of the agreement, employers working with HIT will also have access to the recruitment website when promoting their apprenticeship positions.
Jill Whittaker, managing director of HIT Training, said: “Recruitment in our industry is a hot topic at the moment as businesses strive to find the right candidates during the current skills shortage - which is showing no sign of going anywhere anytime soon.
“We know how important it is for employers to find the right team members, which is why we have partnered with Hospitality Jobs UK to offer added value to the businesses we work alongside and a greater opportunity for them to raise awareness of the career prospects within their teams.”
Dawn Redman, founder of Hospitality Jobs UK, added: “We are delighted to have been chosen to partner with HIT Training for this new exciting initiative. This is a great opportunity to promote National Apprenticeships, work based learning programmes and staff development schemes in Hospitality.
“We have a strong understanding of what trainees and employers need and our mission at HJUK is simple, to do everything we can to raise the profile of this tremendous sector and in doing so reduce the ever increasing skills gap, whilst assisting even more people in gaining a qualification, apprenticeship or job.”
HJUK advertises positions from entry level to senior management and director level roles within the pubs, bars, chefs, leisure, travel & tourism, restaurants and contract catering & suppliers sectors.
