HCA seeks an expression of interest from suitably experienced companies – who wish to be considered for formal Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Leadership & Development Forum Management and Admin Support (including the Marketing and Organisation of the Supply Trade Exhibition) to the Hospital Caterers Association
The contract will commence on 1st January 2017 and will be for three Leadership & Development Forums commencing April 2018.
Following receipt of a company’s Expression of interest they will be sent a formal Invitation to Tender (ITT), which will be issued on 2nd August 2016 and requires to be returned by 25th August 2016 at 12.00 Noon.
To allow interested parties the opportunity to understand the requirements of HCA and subsequently their ability to submit a tender, bidders should send in any questions on the ITT by 5th August 2016. Thereafter any questions and answer’s will be issued 15th August 2016 to all the interested parties. Any questions that are asked should be in writing to whom is set out below
