Abstract
Recognising individuals committed to providing opportunities for, and to developing chefs, H&C Expo (17-18 July) has extended the entry deadline for its inaugural Mentor Awards until 30 April.
With 11 titles up for grabs (below), the awards are open to chef mentors across the UK hospitality and catering industry:
- Best Restaurant Chef Mentor
- Best Hotel Chef Mentor
- Best Contract Catering Chef Mentor
- Best Pub & Bar Chef Mentor
- Best School Chef Mentor
- Best College Chef mentor
- Best University Chef Mentor
- Best Care Home Chef Mentor
- Best Healthcare Chef Mentor
- Chef Mentor Rising Star
- The Peter Hazzard award for outstanding achievement
Nominations must be submitted via https://www.handcexpo.com/first-ever-dedicated-mentor-awards-launched-uk-chefs by 30 April, and include a 250-word statement outlining individuals’s career history, professional skills and why they stand out as a “true” mentor.
