Abstract
Harrison Catering got to showcase its healthy school meals menu to two special guests last week when it prepared lunch for a couple of visiting members from the Mayor Boris Johnson's office.
Chair of London Food Rosie Boycott and Strategic Project Manager Claire Pritchard visited three schools in south London on Thursday 10th June on behalf of Johnson and his commitment to healthy eating in schools and the elimination of child obesity.
The duo sampled Harrison's lunches at Corpus Christi Catholic School, Trent Road London, St Anne's R C Primary School, 6 Durham Street, London and Ravenstone School, Ravenstone St, Balham.
Harrison Catering, who specialize in providing fresh ingredients prepared on site and tailor its menus to provide a bespoke service to schools say they have seen an uptake of school meals in many of its Local Authority contracts.
