Abstract
David Nuttall, catering manager at Harper Adams University, has been reappointed to the Food Standards Agency’s Advisory Committee on the Microbiological Safety of Food (ACMSF).
He said: "It is a great honour to be a member of the ACMSF. I'm very pleased to offer my experience to the application of the microbiological safety of food in the UK."
Nuttall has been on the board of governors at Harper Adams University and is a non-executive director of The University Caterers Organisation. He was first appointed in 2010.
Emma Hill, head of food, health, safety and environment at CH&Co Group, has also been appointed to the committee.
