Hale Events Ltd, based in Axbridge, Somerset, has acquired the show from Surrey-based Evisstar, which has been running the show for the last three years.
The private sale, for an undisclosed sum, enables the show to join the Hale Events portfolio of food shows, including ‘The Source’ show in partnership with Taste of the West and ‘The Food and Drink Trade Show’ in Cheltenham, again in partnership with Taste of the West.

We have enjoyed our few years running this hotel and catering show, and the time is right for us now to give our full attention to our inVoyage event.”

The Hotel & Catering Show 2016 will take place on March 8-9 2016 at Bournemouth's BIC venue.
