Abstract
The Great Sausage Roll Off at The Red Lion in Barnes will return for a fourth year January 27th, fundraising Shooting Star Chase.
Joining returning judge Charles Campion [food critic], the judging panel will also include Emma Spitzer [Masterchef 2015 Finalist], Thane Prince [Eat Judge on The Big Allotment Challenge] and Tom Kemble [Head Chef, Bonhams Restaurant].
Last year’s competition was won by John Grabecki, head chef at BNY Mellon, with his rabbit sausage roll with black pudding, rabbit leg, loin, maple syrup and Bayonne ham served with rabbit liver parfait, offal crumb and powdered potato.
