Graysons business development director, Simona Oproiu, said: “Graysons experience in venue management and our ability to understand and operate sympathetically to the needs of the client organisation were key to the contract award.
“Our Graysons Venues brand is gathering pace in the market and has been built on fantastic proof source where we demonstrate flexibility and understand and deliver innovative and unique food offers.
“We are delighted to have been awarded this contract in the face of stiff competition and look forward to working with such fantastic clients and being a part of the vibrant Spitalfields food scene.”
The partnership is expected to generate in excess of £5 million revenue over the first three years.
