Abstract
Nineteen new graduates of BaxterStorey, Caterlink and Holroyd Howe's development programmes have celebrated their achievements at a dedicated graduation ceremony held at London's Carlton House Terrace.

Graduates from the 'Momentum Graduate Programme' and the 'Advanced Management Programme', were joined by colleagues and leading figures from the industry as part of the ceremony and were presented with engraved mementos by Alastair Storey, chairman and founder of WSH.

The Advanced Management Programme prepares managers for the next step on the managerial ladder through a bespoke transformational learning experience designed to give employees the abilities and insights into the skills needed to be effective at their current and next level.

This year nine managers completed the course, which has gone from strength to strength thanks to the dedication of participants and a continuously evolving structure.

The Momentum Graduate Programme, now in its fifth year, has seen ten young people graduate this year. The programme is designed to help university graduates gain a foundation of training in the hospitality and catering industry, equipping them with the practical and theoretical knowledge to craft a career in hospitality management.

Graham Eveleigh, head of skills development at WSH, said: "The future growth of our business is highly dependent on the training, education and job opportunities we offer to people, so it's really important that we champion talent within our business, whilst also encouraging the next generation of managers within the industry to join our business and consider a career in the hospitality and catering sector.

“This form of hands-on training and investment is particularly key for us at our businesses; we ask our people to be the best and they can only achieve this with our ongoing support.

"I'm incredibly proud of the achievements of all our graduates and this year's class has demonstrated fantastic dedication and enthusiasm for the industry.

“They've certainly proven themselves to be the cream of the crop and earned their places as fully-fledged members of the team. I look forward to watching them continue to grow and progress in their careers."

Westbury Street Holdings (WSH) is the owner of the UK's most successful portfolio of independent catering and hospitality businesses.
