Abstract
The Global Sushi Challenge will arrive in London this September at Nobu, Old Park Lane, to find the most accomplished sushi and sashimi chefs.
The World Sushi Skills Institute of Japan (WSSI) and the Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC) have joined forces to find a UK chef capable of competing at the international final in Japan where they will be judged by top sushi experts.
An exclusive training seminar will be held on the two days before the UK heats on September 30th, which will be led by sushi chef Kazato.
The WSSI is part of the All Japan Sushi Association endorsed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) in Japan.
The NSC represents the interests of hundreds of local Norwegian fishing communities and aims to strengthen the reputation of Norwegian seafood intenationally.
