First Half Fiscal 2023 results have exceeded both First half Fiscal 2019 and 2020 numbers, with revenues and net profit reaching a record level of 12.1 billion euros and 440 million euros respectively. Organic growth was +13.4% and the underlying operating profit margin was 5.8%.
Sodexo’s long-standing clients including Oasis Community Learning, BASF and Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust decided to retain Sodexo’s services. Sodexo was also successful in winning public sector contracts at HMP Altcourse in Liverpool and HMP Lowdham Grange in Nottinghamshire.
Sodexo held its Stop Hunger Foundation dinner at Headingley Stadium in Leeds where it raised over £144,000 to tackle food insecurity and its root causes. Last financial year, Sodexo colleagues recorded 4,443 hours of volunteering time spent with charity partners as well as helping out in their local communities.
