Abstract
GH Event Catering, the catering company based in East Lothian, Scotland, has made a senior appointment, which sees development chef Robbie Gleave join the business.

Boasting over three decades of industry experience, Robbie has operated within some of the country’s most prestigious venues and events, including The Ritz London, Gleneagles Hotel, The Royal Garden Party at Holyrood Palace and the Royal Enclosure at Royal Ascot Races.

In addition to his senior management role, Robbie’s new position as development chef involves working with the entire team in product development - aiming to exceed clients’ expectations of their catering experience.

He is also responsible for leading and developing the talented kitchen team, handpicking additional artisan food and drink suppliers within East Lothian and beyond to secure new catering contracts and help achieve GH Event Catering’s ambitious growth plans.
