Highlights include the energy efficient hot and cold plate, which offers fast temperature changes between hot and cold, and ThermaDry drop-in servery units, with built-in infrared heating lamps.
Its UK operation is now led by sales and marketing director Marc Sumner, who said: “Many dealers in the UK will know Hupfer in the healthcare sector, or for individual product lines.
