Quite possibly our favourite collection of facts so far this year - be sure to take a look!
- Despite what you think, Britain isn’t the booziest place in the world, nor is it Ireland or Russia. It is in fact South Korea, who drinks more hard spirits than anywhere else
- Increasing consumer demand for unprocessed foods means UK sales of raw (ie. unpasteurised) milk are five times higher than they were in 2014. Health concerns around it are such that you can’t buy it in shops but only direct from a farm
- The average person is said to consumer 35 tonnes of food in their lifetime!
- If you’re a fan of Kit Kat, you may consider a trip to Japan, where you can buy Kit Kat pizza
- Electronic company, Samsung, hasn’t always sold tech goods... in fact, when it was founded in 1938, it made and sold its own noodles
