Launching next month (6 October) at The Derby: Northampton Saints vs. Leicester Tigers, the brand new Union 15 Bar & Grill is the venue’s first semi-permanent food outlet to be installed within stadium grounds.
According to the companies, the new structure allows for a “much larger food preparation area with more versatile equipment” - in turn giving greater flexibility with menu options.
Union 15 Bar & Grill will offer dishes such as the ‘Korean Kimchi’ burger (beef burger with Korean-style pickled slaw and Greek-style yoghurt) and the ‘Grand Slam Burger’ (fried chicken, hash browns and BBQ sauce in a sweet-frosted doughnut).
Freemans Event Partners managing director, Stephen Freeman, commented: “We’re delighted with the Union15 Bar & Grill and excited to see how customers respond to the menu.”
The new venue will be card-only to “reduce the time customers spend queuing.”
