Abstract
Former Compass employee Max Hilton Jenvey is launching his own consultancy business today (30 July), to mark his 30th year in the hospitality industry.

Having worked in senior and directorial roles at companies including Compass and McDonald’s, Jenvey’s most recent role was as global head of franchise at noodle restaurant Chopstix.

His new venture – OXXYGEN – will showcase his ‘wealth of talent, experience and expertise’ while helping fast-growing brands and established businesses encountering difficulties.

Jenvey said: “The food and drink sector has never been more competitive than it is currently and as a result, we’re seeing young firms falter through lack of knowledge and seemingly well-established brands struggling – or worse.

“There is clearly both a gap and requirement in the market to assist fledgling companies or struggling brands to help them develop successfully, and that is where a company like OXXYGEN would come in.”
