Abstract
A leading foodservice equipment supplier, R H Hall, has acquired MBM Fabrications Ltd, based in Hertfordshire, which has been trading for over 61 years.
The new acquisition will be known as "R H Hall Fabrication Services" and will operate as a division of R H Hall. It will be headed up by Geoff Murray who has spent 40 plus years in the fabrication business. Ray Hall, managing director of RH Hall, commented: "Our own business has been built upon providing innovative solutions and our needs for fabrication and metal work services has gown significantly, so much so, that we reached a point where we needed to have a greater degree of supplier integration. "Having worked very successfully with this local sheet metal fabrication company for the past 15 years, we entered into discussions regarding an acquisition which came to fruition in May 2011. "Together we are now able to offer our partners (clients and customers) a complete and extremely comprehensive Foodservice equipment product offering and a fabrication/metal work/production service."
