In his new role Mark will spearhead strategic initiatives across the south of the UK, focusing on managing and enhancing relationships within the dealer network. His responsibilities will also include conducting equipment demonstrations, providing customer training, and representing Metcalfe at industry exhibitions and events.

Mark has accumulated over two decades of experience across various sectors within both hospitality and foodservice, and has fulfilled a number of roles, including chef, head chef and catering manager. His experience extends to contract catering, gastro pubs, event management, hotels, and restaurants, both here in the UK and in Australia. Most recently, he spent 11 highly successful years as an Area Sales Manager for one of the UK’s leading suppliers of food preparation equipment.
