Foodservice Equipment Association publishes 2024 Buyer’s Guide
Abstract
The Foodservice Equipment Association (FEA) has published the 2024 version of its Buyer's Guide, which aims to help caterers, businesses and chefs.

The Buyer’s Guide features information on a range of subjects including sustainability, the Energy Technology List (ETL), innovation, combi steamers, food preparation, fryers, induction, microwaves and accelerated cooking, other prime cooking equipment, ranges, refrigeration, services and spaces, temperature monitoring, warewashing, waste management as well as water treatment.

The (FEA) is the independent, authoritative voice of the foodservice equipment industry, representing nearly 200 companies who supply, service and maintain all types of commercial catering equipment - from utensils to full kitchen schemes.

Paul Anderson, chair of the FEA, stated in the introduction: “Dynamic advances in technology make this an exciting time for anyone involved in foodservice equipment. AI has the potential to make a huge impact- for example, intelligent systems are already enhancing productivity and reliability in the kitchen as you’ll see in this Guide.

“If you’re interested in learning more about energy efficiency, consider a training initiative such as FEA’s Foodservice Carbon Professional (FCP). This course helps delegates understand the issues around sustainability and carbon emissions as well as giving practical information about energy efficency options and best practice.”

Sustainability will be one of the key themes for the 2024 FEA industry Conference, which is due to take place on 20-21st November at the Leonardo Hotel, Hinkley Island. The FEA Conference features a ‘stellar line-up’ of speakers, insightful presentations and informative panel discussions.

The event is also an opportunity to network with the leading names across the foodservice industry. Book tickets here.
