It has recently mobilised procurement services for Oakham School in Rutland and St Francis College, part of the ILG school family. These two schools make it over £2m in new business for the new academic year to add to a number of existing clients who have re-signed and extended their business relationship.
Jo Hall, communications and development director at allmanhall said: “Client retention and loyalty to allmanhall has always been high – currently running at 99%.
“This is testament to the sustainable value and hands-on approach delivered by our team of experts, together with our award-winning client care and support services.”
She said that since January 2020, allmanhall had seen an increase in enquiries from educational establishments looking for support with food cost reduction and price rise risk mitigation.
“These establishments are looking for more efficient purchasing and procurement practices, which allmanhall is able to offer.
“This together with greater visibility of data, and enhancing the sustainability of menus via the industry-leading catering control platforms and exclusive partnership with Foodsteps that allmanhall has in place, have been key factors in driving this new and repeat business,” she added.
