Food on the move academy launched

Nellie Nichols has worked in the food industry for over twenty years encompassing all food categories from sandwiches, salads, sauces and soups to cooked meat and fish, juices, dairy and bakery. The Food on the Move Academy sees Nellie offering her training services free of charge for five days once a year to help those who would not ordinarily be able to benefit from her expertise and experience. Nellie said: "I am honoured to have received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the British Sandwich Industry. I would now like to help a deserving individual or company.
