Abstract
Food Matters Live 2015 opens today at London’s ExCeL addressing the relationship between food, health, nutrition and their connections with the environment, population, health and wellbeing.
The three day event hosts seminars and conferences alongside exhibition stands and live demonstration theatres.
Amongst the speakers is Ufi Ibrahim, chief executive of the British Hospitality Association; Henry Dimbleby, co-founder of Leon Restaurants; and George Eustice, Minister of State, DEFRA and MP for Camborne and Redruth.
The exhibition explores topics such as sustainable edibles, innovative ingredients and the all new Growth Lab, which is designed to provide young entrepreneurs with access to a range of business advisory specialists.
