The food service provider will be responsible for the food and drink supplied in the restaurant and bar areas. The new menus will feature in ‘The Chapel Bar’ and ‘The Dalton Restaurant’ at Thurnham Hall, Lancaster, and at Wychnor Park’s ‘Horatio’s’ and ‘The Walpole’ located near Staffordshire. Packages for drinks and afternoon tea will also be available.
The contract was secured with Wychnor Park in March, resulting in a 32% rise in food and beverage sales since Flourish appointed head chefs to create new menus at the estate. The success then prompted the contract with Thurnham Hall in April.
Founder of Flourish Food Solutions, Ian Boden set up the food service company with the aim to deliver, ‘innovation, excitement and market-leading concepts’. The Michelin trained chef along with the Flourish team also provides services to Notcutts, the garden centre and Little Chef, the roadside food chain.
