Racecourse bosses have been impressed with Sodexo Prestige’s services over the past 12 years and its plans to enhance the hospitality and conference packages available at the venue.
David Trotter, catering services director for Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events in Scotland, said: “Our intention is to ensure continued growth by providing hospitality guests with bespoke packages that have a strong focus on locally sourced produce.
“Our chefs will also continue to strive to design top, innovative menus that help sustain high levels of attendance on both race day and non-race day events.”
He added: “I think the main reasons why we have been so successful during our time at the course are the close relationship between Sodexo Prestige and the Racecourse team, our extremely loyal clients and our commitment to using high-quality, locally sourced food when possible.
“We hope this relationship continues to thrive over what will be a very busy five years at the venue.”
A main focus for Sodexo Prestige will be to build on the hospitality offered at key events such as Ladies Day, in order to encourage a rise in public attendance over the next five-year period.
