Abstract
Nathan Osborne has been appointed FEM’s new training & development chef where he will work with distributors and their customers on presentations, demonstrations and menu development.

As well as working with multiple manufacturers, on products as varied as combi ovens and sous vide appliances, Nathan is a seasoned presenter and has taken part in international trade shows.

He said: “My dad was a chef, I guess cooking’s in the blood! I started learning at a very young age and haven’t stopped. I’m really excited to be working with FEM. The company’s reputation, clients and equipment portfolio offer someone of my background an incredibly interesting opportunity.”

More recently he has been working for some North West football clubs to improve their modern catering equipment and high-volume fine dining.

FEM’s sales director Michael Inwood, added: “We feel now is the right time to bring a full-time 'in-house' chef into the business to help support our dealers and national accounts.

“Nathan has an amazing amount of knowledge and skill, backed by many years of experience in training and development, with single and multiple site users. He knows how to explain complex techniques clearly and simply. A chef of his calibre will be a tremendous asset to FEM, our dealers and their customers.”
