Estimated to be worth £1.2m in total turnover, the contract calls on Express Cafes to provide mobile catering for all sporting events at the ground, including major matches such as the ICC Champions Trophy Final, T20 Finals Day, various one day international matches and the Ashes series in 2015.
"We are delighted to continue working with Express Cafes" said Craig Flindall, director of Edgbaston Experience.
"The quality of food and drink outlets offered by Express Cafes is impressive and commensurate with the quality of the retail offering at the stadium since the completion of the redevelopment in 2011.
“They have a flexible approach and really understand what's needed at our stadium.”
Alan Wiggett, managing director of Express Cafes, added: "At Edgbaston we will have a large number of food trailers with our favourite Food Glorious Food brands such as FGF Burger Co and FGF Fish & Chip Co and FGF Carvery Co as well as Herta Hotdogs and Costa Coffee.
“Our focus is on good customer service and we empower our staff to use their initiative to manage the queues. There is nothing more off-putting at an event than a queue stretching for miles just to get a bite to eat."
Express Cafes was acquired in 2011 by Central Catering Services Ltd, Europe's largest concessions operator.
Express offers a range of services from small events where there is a requirement for two or three units, right up to large music festival or sporting events, where it provides the outside catering, bars, security and cash machines for the whole event.
The hospitality food service and retail on site is managed and operated by Edgbaston Experience Limited, a joint venture set up by Compass Group and Warwickshire County Cricket Club.
